Exchanges & Store Credit

ShaLaJa Swimwear wants provide swimwear that satisfies all customers, but we know occasionally you may want to exchange items because they’re not quite right for you. For those times, here’s what you can do. For an Exchange or Store Credit, please send the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 
 

NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.

In addition to the above guidelines, all swimwear garments being returned must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

ShaLaJa Swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

All sales and clearance items are Final Sale. No Exceptions.

Instructions for an Exchange by Mail:
Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Exchange Form” section by placing a check mark in the Credit or Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that there is no Return Label, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
